The entire nation is drenched in the festive fervour of Raksha Bandhan. Starting from the common man to public figures, everyone is celebrating the day with much enthusiasm and excitement. 

The day is celebrated to honour the special bond shared between siblings. 

On this auspicious day of Raksha Bandhan, the sisters tie Rakhi on their brother's wrists and wish them a long, prosperous and happy life. In return, the brothers promise to protect their sisters throughout their life. Siblings also exchange special gifts on this day, with brothers pampering sisters with their favourite things.

While the true values of this auspicious day are slowly fading away with modernisation, there are some brothers who truly are focused on keeping their promise.

This video shows a little girl confused over crossing a waterlogged road. In the meantime, her heroic brother stepped in to help and lifted her on his back and walked through the waterlogged road.

In another such video, a boy lifted his younger sister and brother on his back and helped them to cross the waterlogged path.
