The boycott call for Aamir Khan's upcoming Laal Singh Chaddha has become a reason of concern for Mr Perfectionist. Social media users brutally trolled Aamir and Kareena for their earlier statements and #BoycottLaalSinghChaddha has been trending on different social media platforms.

Laal Singh Chaddha is the Hindi remake of Tom Hank's Forrest Gump, which also stars Tollywood actor Naga Chaitanya in a pivotal role. As per the scriptwriter, Atul Kulkarni, everything has been adapted from Forrest Gump apart from the soul, keeping the Indian sensibilities in mind.

While Chay took a stand for his debut Hindi movie, saying, "Once you watch the film, all this will go. You will come out smiling and with tears."

Now, it's Aamir, who has batted for his upcoming. The Dangal actor has apologised to the trollers. During a promotional event, the Dhoom 3 actor said, "If I have hurt anyone, for any reason, I feel really guilty. I didn't wish to hurt anyone. I will respect people's decisions, those who want to watch, they can watch and for those who don't want to, that's their call. What can I do? However, I wish that a maximum number of people watch the movie."

Further, he went on to add, "We have given high efforts to make the film. I am not alone in the movie; there are several others who have sweated out hard to make the film. So, I hope people like it."

In another event, revealing about Shah Rukh Khan's inclusion in Laal Singh Chaddha in a cameo role, Aamir revealed how he convinced SRK for the cameo appearance.

Aamir was quoted as saying, "Shah Rukh Khan is a friend and I told him that I needed someone who can represent what Elvis represented in America."

Further, Aamir went on to add that SRK is one of the biggest iconic stars of India which is why he went to him.

Aamir finally concluded by saying, “He was really sweet and he said yes.”

Notably, Laal Singh Chaddha will mark the first-ever appearance of Shah Rukh Khan and Aamir Khan on the silver screen. Moreover, Salman Khan will also be seen in a cameo role in the upcoming flick slated to release on August 11.
