Don’t you agree that your neck should match your bright face? Your neck's creases are prone to collecting a lot of irritants such as dust, dirt and unwanted tan - all of which cause the blackness you notice. It is time to say goodbye to that dark neck. Here is a short list of some natural ingredients which guarantee a healthy, tan-free and dirt free neck. Check it out.
Alum / Phitkari
Alum can be mixed with rose water to cleanse the neck. Mix one spoon of rose water, one spoon of lemon juice and add a bit of alum to it. Apply this mixture on the neck for 15 to 20 minutes and then wash off with water. Do not use soap on the neck.
Aloe And Multani Mitti
Aloe Vera and Multani Mitti are both said to be good for the skin. Mix Aloe Vera gel and Multani Mitti with rose water, make a smooth paste and apply on the neck. Leave it on until it dries, then wash it off with warm water. This will help clear the spots on the neck and remove the blackness.
Turmeric, Milk, And Gram Flour
Besan, or gram flour, is high in nutrients. It helps to brighten and tighten the skin. Turmeric and besan are both gentle exfoliants. And everyone is aware of the moisturizing properties of milk on the skin. Combine turmeric, gram flour, and milk to make a scrub. Apply this scrub all over the neck and along the shoulder line. Keep it for 15 to 20 minutes and then wash it off with water.
Rice Flour And Potato
While potatoes are high in potassium, fiber, B vitamins, manganese, and Vitamin C, their juice can help you get rid of dark spots. Rice flour's major constituents prevent skin aging, reduce UV damage, and promote skin whitening. Combine rice flour, potato juice, and rose water in a mixing bowl. Apply this paste to the neck. After it dries, rinse it off with water.
Make sure you aren’t allergic to any of these ingredients by doing a patch test. For those with the normal skin, these natural ingredients are all gentle on the skin.
