Southern superstars are now gaining pan India recognition. Be it Allu Arjun’s Pushpa: The Rise or Ram Charan and Jr. NTR’s RRR, most of the movies from the South with worldwide releases have become massive hits. And that has helped these stars including female actresses like Samantha Ruth Prabhu and Rashmika Mandanna grab new projects and reach new milestones in their careers or on social media.

The success of Pushpa 1 has added to the fan following of Allu Arjun. Recently, the Southern star achieved a milestone of 18 million followers on Instagram and thanked his fans for the same. Similarly, the announcement of Vijay Deverakonda’s Bollywood debut movie Liger under Dharma Productions has brought him into the limelight. This has helped Vijay gain more than 2 million followers on Instagram in a very short time indicating that his popularity among the Bollywood movie buffs has soared even before the release of his Hindi debut movie.

Jr NTR has become a hot topic across the country and a thing of pride for his fans after he took Hanuman Diksha. Recently, the superstar was spotted in all-over orange attire sans any shoes or chappals indicating that he is following all the rules that are a part of the 21-day ritual after a person takes this Diksha. And this has made his fans very happy.

While the male stars are doing their best to make an impact in Bollywood, female Southern stars are also not at all behind. Rashmika Mandanna has been the heart crush of India for more than a year now. While officially Mission Majnu with Siddharth Malhotra is her Bollywood debut movie, she has already reached the nooks and corners of India with her role as Srivalli in Pushpa: The Rise. She seems to be on a movie-signing spree in B-Town and has already bagged projects like Goodbye with Amitabh Bachchan and Animal with Ranbir Kapoor, apart from a movie with Thalapathy Vijay.

Samantha Ruth Prabhu has also now emerged as the pan India star after her item song 'Oo Antava' from Pushpa: The Rise became a big hit. While she already had become quite popular after playing the role of Raji in The Family Man 2, the actress will be next seen with Varun Dhawan in her official Bollywood debut flick. While Rashmika already owns a place in Mumbai, Samantha recently booked a sea-facing apartment for herself in B-Town indicating that she is taking her stint in Bollywood quite seriously.
