Shehnaaz Gill, who is still recovering from the death of her rumoured boyfriend and close friend Sidharth Shukla, seems to be returning to her usual self.

However, the void of  Sidharth’s absence is too large for Shehnaaz and she still misses him as during a recent interview for debut film ‘Honsla Rakh’, the former Bigg Boss contestant couldn't keep herself away from mentioning Sidharth indirectly.

Recently, during one of their promotional events for the film, Shehnaaz Gill, her 'Honsla Rakh' co-stars Diljit Dosanjh and Sonam Bajwa were speaking about each other's shortcomings, when Shehnaaz spoke about her stint on 'Bigg Boss 13'.

Speaking to DMZ, Shehnaaz revealed Diljit has a cool personality and he is very reserved and very professional.

Shehnaaz then spoke about Sonam and revealed that she's reserved and takes her time to open up to people.

Sonam agreed to Shehnaaz's observations about her, and said that only a few people have the quality to open up to other people easily, pointing towards Shehnaaz. Diljit then joked and added that he felt he was in 'Bigg Boss' to which Shehnaaz replied saying 'it was the real test'.

"This is why I was the queen, I was the heroine of Bigg Boss 13," asserted Shehnaaz with a melancholy smile.

But Sonam disagreed with her and called her the hero of Bigg Boss, however, Shehnaaz immediately interrupted her and said, "I was the heroine of Bigg Boss, hero koi aur tha (hero was someone else)" indirectly referring to Sidharth Shukla in her speech.

Meanwhile, fans are loving Shehnaaz’s performance in ‘Honsla Rakh’. They are loving her screen presence and her crackling chemistry with Diljit Dosanjh.

On the other hand, the unfinished music video of late Sidharth Shukla and Shehnaaz Gill's ‘Adhura’  will release on October 21. This will mark their last screen appearance together.
