After blockbusters Jawan and Pathaan, everyone’s favourite Shah Rukh Khan is all set to end the year with another all-time blockbuster ‘Dunki’. Directed by 3 Idiots and PK fame director Rajkumar Hirani, ‘Dunki’ is touted to be one of the biggest hits of this year.
King Khan has collaborated with the celebrated director for the first time and fans are expecting something magical on the big screen. However, fans are still confused about the meaning of the film ‘Dunki’, which is based on the concept of illegal immigration.
Now, SRK himself decided to clear the air over the meaning of ‘Dunki’ to his fans and wrote, “Sab poochte hain Iss liye bata raha hoon. Dunki ka matlab hota hai apno se door rehna….aur jab apne paas ho toh bas lagta hai qayamat tak uske saath hi rahein (Because everybody asks, what does Dunki mean? Dunki means being apart from your loved ones. And when you are with them, one feels the moment should last till the end of time).”

He also teased fans with Dunki Drop 5 which is an upcoming romantic song from the movie. The song has been titled as ‘O Maahi O Maahi’ and is sung by the versatile Arijit Singh. Sharing the teaser of the song, SRK wrote, “O Maahi O Maahi… feel the love before the sun sets on the horizon today!”
The 13-second teaser shows SRK standing in a desert and doing his signature pose in an all-black outfit. The first two songs ‘Lutt Putt Gaya’ and ‘Nikle The Kabhi Hum Ghar Se’ have received positive response both the audiences and fans.
The movie also starring Vicky Kaushal, Taapsee Pannu and Boman Irani in pivotal roles will release worldwide on December 21.
