Family members and fans remembered late actor Sushant Singh Rajput on his birth anniversary. Social media was filled with wishes and tributes for the ever-smiling and everyone’s favourite Sarfaraz from PK.

Even actress Sara Ali Khan, who made her big debut in Bollywood with Sushant Singh Rajput’s ‘Kedarnath’ remembered her late co-star and celebrated the day in the sweetest way possible.

In remembrance of the ‘Chhichhore’ actor, Sara spent the day with kids in an NGO – Bal Asha Trust. Later, she took to her Instagram handle and shared a video where she can be seen cutting a cake as kids sing birthday song for the MS Dhoni actor.

Sharing the video, Sara wrote, “Happiest Birthday, Sushant. I know what making other people smile meant to you. And while you’re watching over all of us, up there next to the rising moon, I hope we’ve made you smile today too. Shine on. Jai Bholenath.”

“Thank you Bal Asha Trust for making today so special. People like you make the world a better, safer, happier place. Keep spreading the joy that you do,” she further added.

The two were rumoured to be dating during Kedarnath shooting. However, there has been no official confirmation in this regard. The two remained good friends even after the super success of the movie that was based on the floods in Kedarnath.

Similarly, Sushant Singh Rajput’s rumored girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty remembered the late actor and shared a few throwback pictures of them featuring together.

On the other hand, fans have been demanding the CBI to intensify the investigation and disclose the mystery behind Sushant’s death. Worth mentioning, the actor was found dead at his Bandra residence in Mumbai in June 2020.
