Nakuul Mehta and Disha Parmar to return as Ram and Priya for BALH Season 3

Nakuul Mehta and Disha Parmar won hearts when they played Ram and Priya in Bade Achhe Lagte Hain 2. The first season had Ram Kapoor and Sakshi Tanwar playing these lead characters and they had portrayed these roles so remarkably well that it was thought impossible for anyone reprising these characters to make an impression. However, both Nakuul and Disha approached these characters differently without affecting the dignity and legacy of Ram and Priya.

Since they did not want to play older roles, Nakuul and Disha left BALH 2 and after the leap, Randeep Rai and Niti Taylor started playing the lead roles in the serial. However, fans of the franchise are still missing Disha and Nakuul. Importantly, post the leap the show has lost its audience because the content and the actors have failed to attract the audience. Now the production house of Ekta Kapoor has decided to come up with BALH Season 3.

And the good news is that Nakuul and Disha Parmar are returning once again as Ram and Priya much to the joy of the audience. Talking about the same, Nakuul Mehta recently in an interview with a leading portal said that it was an impulsive decision to return to the show. He was not looking forward to returning to BALH but the franchise is a brand and in the last 18 months that he has been away from it people have been telling Nakuul how much they have loved the show and his role as Ram.

Many people even said to him that he has taken the joy out of their lives by quitting the show and it really made Nakuul feel great as an artist. And maybe that also was the reason behind this impulsive action of saying yes for the third season.

The upcoming season will not be a rehash but a completely new world however the soul and heart will be kept intact.
