Anupamaa: Ram Kapoor To Replace Vanraj As Rupali Ganguli’s Love Interest

Television’s top TRP grosser Anupamaa which has become viewers’ favorite with Anupamaa aka Rupali Ganguli’s journey of self-discovery getting interesting with time. While Vanraj and Anupamaa are heading towards divorce, fans are curious if there will be an entry of another lead as a contrast to Vanraj.

As per reports, popular telly faces Ram Kapoor will soon be entering the popular show as an interesting twist to Rupali Ganguly and Sudhanshu Pandey aka Anupamaa, and Vanraj’s story track. He will reportedly be playing the role of Anupamaa’s new love interest. In what may come as a refreshing turn to the story, Ram will come as a pillar of support in Anu’s life.

This will be in stark contrast to Vanraj as a husband as he never permitted Anupamaa to create her own identity. Apart from his speculative entry in the show, the Bade Ache Lagte Hai Star created a lot of buzz on social media also due to his drastic weight loss. Sharing his inspiring transformation, the actor looks almost unrecognizable in his new pictures as he shed more than 30 kgs over a matter of months.

Earlier, the show faced a major setback as reel Anupamaa aka Rupali Ganguli tested positive for Covid-19. Soon after, the news broke the other cast and crew tested themselves, after which Toshu and the show’s lead Vanraj aka Sudhanshu Pandey also tested Covid positive. The actors have resumed shoot after recovering from the virus.
