In a surprising twist just a week before the much-anticipated grand finale of Bigg Boss 17, Ayesha Khan, a wild card contestant, found herself facing eviction after garnering fewer audience votes.

Initially entering the reality show with the explicit purpose of exposing alleged falsehoods by fellow contestant Munawar Faruqui, Ayesha's sudden departure left fans and viewers intrigued, especially as she developed an unexpectedly strong bond with Munawar immediately after leaving the house.

Contrary to her initial animosity towards Munawar, Ayesha's newfound connection with him became a point of speculation among the show's audience.

In a candid and emotional interview with Galatta India, Ayesha opened up about hitherto undisclosed aspects of her journey, recounting details from her first encounter with Munawar to the moment he confessed his feelings for her.

She also addressed Munawar's misleading statements about his then-girlfriend Nazila, revealing that when she confronted Nazila, she was shocked to learn that Munawar had allegedly exploited their relationship for his physical needs.

Emphasizing her individual identity, Ayesha clarified that she never wanted to be known solely as someone's girlfriend, asserting, “I was always Ayesha Khan. Before the show, I was never known as somebody's girlfriend. I have my own personality, and after that also, I have that personality.” She shared a clip of this statement on her Instagram stories.

Despite Munawar's profuse apologies on the show, Ayesha vehemently stated that she has no intention of reconciling with him. Stating that the Munawar chapter is closed for her, Ayesha said, “There were ups and downs, but he apologized even when I left. I believe that it was true.”

Currently confined within the Bigg Boss house are Ankita Lokhande, Vicky Jain, Abhishek Kumar, Munawar Faruqui, Arun Mahashetty, and Mannara Chopra. Speculations abound that either Vicky Jain or Arun Mahashetty will face elimination in the upcoming mid-week eviction.
