Alia Bhatt purchases multiple homes in Bandra, gifts 2 flats to sister! 

Alia Bhatt is one of the most successful actresses in Bollywood with several blockbuster movies in her career. With her stellar performances and versatile roles, she wins the hearts of movie lovers. Alia is counted among the highest-paid actresses in her generation.

With a successful journey, Alia is undoubtedly growing financially. And, the latest reports are testimony to Alia’s financial status. If the latest reports are anything to go by, the Brahmastra actress has recently made a hefty investment in properties.

According to ETimes’ report, Alia has made a huge investment in properties and purchased multiple homes in Bandra. She made a huge investment in April. If the reports are anything to go by, the first flat is spread across 2,497 sq ft and she purchased it at Rs 37.80 crore. However, she bought the flat through her production house. 

The reports also suggest, Alia paid a stamp duty of Rs 2.26 crore and the sale agreement was registered for April 10, 2023. 

Moreover, as claimed in the report, Alia gifted two apartments to her sister Shaheen Bhatt worth Rs 7.68 crore, and the flats are located in Juhu.

Notably, Bandra and Juhu are among the posh areas of Mumbai and the properties in these areas are highly expensive. Moreover, Bandra is home to several Bollywood celebrities.

On the work front, Alia was last seen in Brahmastra: Part One- Shiva. She will be next seen in Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani opposite Ranbir Singh. The movie helmed by Karan Johar also stars Dharmendra, Shabana Azmi, and Jaya Bachchan. Apart from that she will also be seen with Priyanka Chopra and Katrina Kaif in Jee Ke Zaraa.
