The Joint Entrance Examination (Main) – 2021 (Session-4) exam is all set to begin from today. The National Testing Agency (NTA) will hold the exam in Computer Based Test (CBT) mode. Few days back NTA Issued Instructions For Candidates and how to download Admit Card.

The exam will be held at different centres located in 334 cities across the country and abroad on August 26, 27, 31 and on September 1 and 2, 2021.

Around 7 lakh students, including around 1 lakh candidates from Odisha, are expected to appear for the JEE Main 2021 Session 4 exam.

Candidates must remember that the exam will be conducted while strictly adhering to the COVID-19 nnorms at the exam centers.

Recently, the NTA released the admit cards for the JEE Main 2021 Session 4 exam. Students can download the JEE Main hall tickets from the official website, jeemain.nta.nic.in, by using their Application No. and Date of Birth.

Once the JEE Main result is declared, the NTA would release the all India rank list of the candidates. Only the best score of a candidate, who has appeared in multiple exams, will be considered for ranking list.

After that, the JEE Advanced exam (the qualifying test for admission to the Indian Institutes of Technology) will be conducted on October 3 for the qualified students in JEE Main.

The JEE Advanced exam will be held in two shifts- first shift from 9:00 am to 12:00 noon (Paper-1) and second shift from 14:30 pm to 17:30 pm (Paper-2).  

Around 2.5 lakh students who clear the JEE Main will be eligible to appear for the JEE Advanced 2021.
