Shimla: Himachal Pradesh Congress Committee (HPCC) would be reconstituted and reshuffle in the ministry was likely after Mandi Lok Sabha by-elections, a senior party leader said here on Wednesday.
 
"Women and youth would be given priority in organisation revamp while report card of ministers will be checked and portfolios of some ministers can be changed after the Mandi by-poll." AICC General Secretary and party in charge for Himachal Pradesh, Chowdhary Birender Singh told reporters.
 
Singh exuded confidence that party candidate Pratibha Singh would win the Mandi Lok Sabha seat with a huge margin.
