Berhampur: Police today arrested four persons-including a young man, who impersonated another person in the ongoing physical test for the post of firemen under Odisha Police, police said.
 
Police also launched a search operation to nab two more persons who were allegedly assisted in the cheating case, they said.
 
Though Abinash Sahani of New AG Colony, Bhubaneswar was the orginal candidate for the fireman recruitment test, Abhisekh Das of Cuttack was found appearing on his behalf. Das allegedly tampered Sahani's admit card in the high jump test on July 5 but the recruitment officer however caught him after through verification of his admit card, police said.
 
Two other persons -Biswajit Das of Bidanasi Cuttack and Rajesh Kumar Nayak of Zebra Bazara in Cuttack- were also nabbed by police for allegedly helping the duo to prepare the duplicate admit card by replacing the photographs of the original candidates.
 
We have nabbed them from Cuttack on Sunday, said officer in charge, Gopalpur police station Gobinda Mohapatra.
 
The fireman recruitment, conducted by the Fire Services in the state began here from July 2.
