A curious case of cut off heads and decapitated babies

Suspected to be a case of either female foeticide or human sacrifice for religious reasons; every body including police is clueless about the criminal mind and motive behind this heinous act. 

Though, police have registered a case in this connection, yet a case as unusual and shocking as this has completely baffled the authorities.

Now police is onto build a special task force to probe this bizarre case. 

“As we have received complaints about the reported cases of female foeticide, we have begun our investigations into the nurshing homes in the town,” said Bimalendu Satpathy, IIC, Bolangir.
