New Delhi: Our very own Bihari babu Shatrughan Sinha, will shortly be making a presence on both the big screen and the small one. Sinha, who is already making news for the Bhojpuri version of "KBC" tells us that he will also appear in the film "Aaj Phir Jeene Ki Tamanna Hai" opposite none other than the veteran actress Rekha.

"I think I should do one film in a year," offers Shotgun, ruing that politics now leaves him with very little time for anything else. As for getting back together on screen with Rekha, he says," It was great. She is my all-time favourite heroine. Hum achhe dost thay pehle, phir hamara bol-chal band ho gaya."

However, they are in touch now. "Interestingly, meri patni ne hum dono ka bol-chal shuru karaya. Humne kaha logon ko`aaj tak kisi patni ne apne pati ko Rekha ke kareeb kiya hai kya?` Lekin bhagwan bhala kare meri patni ka, jo usne mujhe Rekhaji ke kareeb kar diya," smiles Sinha.

Films apart, Shatrughan says he has several hopes from the Bhojpuri "KBC", which he`s currently hosting. He says, "The show has been done for a specific purpose of not only entertaining, but also contributing towards promotion and presentation of the great Indian language, Bhojpuri, which is spoken by millions across the country."

About Sonakshi`s participation in the show, he says, "Despite her busy work schedule, Sonakshi made sure she took time out to be a part of my show along with her mother. I never asked her for this and she herself said,`Main papa ke show pe zaroor jaoongi,`" smiles the proud father.

Back to "KBC", Sinha says he wants to invite political rival Laloo Prasad Yadav on the show. "This is not a political chat show, where we will be arguing on some issue. It`s a game show and I think people will like to see him as a guest," shrugs he in response.

Sinha says, "Lalooji has the talent to be a good actor. He has a good sense of humour and most importantly, he`s very popular among the masses, which is very important to succeed in this field. "Now, if only the other Bihari babu were listening to this.
