Gaushala or cow shelters have healing properties, and it has been scientifically proven. And it seems, actress Raashi Khanna is smitten by spirituality and enlightenment as she took to Instagram to share about the healing properties of Gaushala. Earlier also, she had shared about meditation benefits under the guidance of a Guru.
Recently, Raashii took to the photo-sharing app to share a beautiful picture of hers with a cow from a Gaushala during her visit to Sri Sri Ravi Shankar’s ‘Art Of Living’ foundation.
She captioned the picture, “The purity and the giving nature of the cow makes it an animal of reverence.The vibrations present in a gaushala are proven to have healing abilities to cure physical and mental ailments.I experienced it.Thought to share it. So taken by the way they are taken care of at the @artofliving.”
In the picture, a cow can be seen sitting on the ground while Raashii can be seen touching its head. Raashi looked beautiful in a simple pink kurta without any makeup.
After the Pakka Commercial actress shared the picture, her fans and followers heaped praises for her simplicity and flooded the comments section with heart emojis.
“No makeup + No show-off = real beuty,” wrote a netizen while one commented "Ma'am! The caption along with the post is so true."

On the work front, Raashii will next be seen in P. S. Mithran, ‘Sardar’ opposite Karthi. She will also be seen in Hindi movie Yodha alongside Sidharth Malhotra.
