After a slew of rumours related to her breakup and finding a new boyfriend, Bollywood actress Ileana D'Cruz has finally admitted that she is in love.

In a recent interview, Ileana admitted that post her breakup she was in a traumatic situation for which she visited a therapist.

Times Of India quoted Ileana saying, "I went to a therapist and she told me to accept the compliments. I have accepted myself now and I am doing well, but staying in love is a different thing. Having a partner makes you feel calm and secure, but your mental well-being is far more important."

"I think you owe it to yourself to take care of yourself, and the minute I realized that I saw a huge difference; not just mentally, but physically and internally as well. If you are going through bad times, then you have to work on yourself. I can't rely on people, because you have to rely on yourself," the actress added.

When asked about finding a love again, Ileana said that she is not ready for love and currently she is happy in her situation. Ileana said, "I am falling in love with myself."

When asked about her reactions on the trolls on different social media platforms, Pinkvilla quoted the Baarfi actress saying, "For me, it's always been about the fact that when you are in a relationship, it's not just you. It's two people. So you cannot be just one person saying stuff. You are technically talking for the other person too and it's not fair. You need to respect their privacy too. While I'm okay dealing with criticism and trolls, it's unfair for the other person to be subjected to that."

Though not confirmed by Ileana or Andrew, it was evident that both of them had called off their longstanding relationship after the duo unfollowed each other and removed their pics from Instagram a few months back.
