"I have been saying that I want to direct and produce a film. But I am very busy and this is my fault. It`s only that I don`t have time. I am conscious about it and I hope that I can make movies soon," Ranbir told reporters here at the promotional event of `Barfi`.
Meanwhile, there is a buzz that Ranbir would be teaming up with her cousin sister Kareena for Zoya Akhtar`s film. But Ranbir says nothing has been confirmed yet about the project. "As of now nothing has been confirmed. We are very close friends, so we keep talking..but nothing confirmed it," Ranbir said.
If all goes well, then the real life brother-sister will be playing the reel life siblings on screen. Meanwhile, Ranbir is quite charged up about his father Rishi Kapoor`s birhday that is on September 4.
"We all, as in full family, will be going to Dubai for his birthday. We will be leaving on September 3...It is an important event for us in our lives and for my family. We are very excited...We love celebrating his birthday," Ranbir said.
However, Ranbir, whose birthday falls on September 28, says he does not like to celebrate his own birthday. "I don`t like celebrating my birthdays...as I would be turning 30, I feel like I will become old. Next year, I will come back with my `jawani`...with my film `Yeh Jawani Hai Deewani`," Ranbir said.
