Berhampur:  A cashier reportedly working in Andhra Bank’s Mundamarai branch in Aska area has allegedly been beaten to death for his involvement in an illicit relationship with a minor girl of the area. The deceased identified as Binayak Behera, happens to be a resident of Chhatrapur in Ganjam district.

As per sources, the Aska police today, on receiving information, recovered the body of Behera lying in a pool of blood besides the hills nearby Mundamarai College.

Sources revealed that Behera was a retired defence personnel and working as a cashier at the Andhra Bank for the past three years. He was reportedly in a relationship with a girl of Mundamarai studying in Class 10, since a long time, sources added.
