Ratna Bhandar, the treasure trove of Lord Jagannath, will be opened soon, said Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Majhi on Sunday. He said this while addressing a special function organised in Bhubaneswar to felicitate newly elected BJP MPs and MLAs. The chief minister made it clear that stern action would be taken against those found guilty in Ratna Bhandar lapses.During his address, Majhi cited that earlier no funds were allocated neither was any work done to streamline rituals and other Puri Jagannath temple management. In the first cabinet of the new govt, the BJP announced Rs 500 corpus fund. Speaking on the occasion, Odisha BJP president Manmohan Samal thanked the 4.5 crore Odia people for bringing change in the government. Samal said that with the blessings of the people, the BJP will work hard and strengthen the organisation so much that nobody would dare to shake the government in the next 25-30 years.
