Preparations for the visit of Prime Minister Narendra Modi to Sambalpur are in full swing. Chief Secretary Pradeep Jena chaired a high-level meeting at Lok Seba Bhawan on Thursday on the preparations for the PM’s visit on February 3.
BJD legislator Rohit Pujari said, “We will be happy if an efficient organiser of the party like Pranab Prakash Das comes to Sambalpur to fight the election. It will be a welcome step. Chief Minister has assigned him as party’s organisation secretary given his organizational skills.”
The exams for third semester undergraduates and postgraduates, which were scheduled for January 13, were rescheduled to January 24 following a letter from Zilla Parishad.
