The OPSC on Thursday issued a statement refuted the allegations of discrepancies in the conduct of Assistant Section Officer (ASO) examination.
Hopeful aspirants for Assistant Section Officer (ASO) alleged that the valuation of ASO examinations is erroneous.
The allegations by certain candidates in the mainstream and social media that candidates who were absent have been selected are baseless and false,” the OPSC statement read.

As per official notification of the OPSC released on November 1, 2022, the candidature of several candidates has been rejected due to malpractice and other reasons.
The prospective candidates can apply online on the official OPSC website from November 7 for recruitment to six posts of public prosecutor.

The preliminary examination will be held on October 16, 2022 (Sunday) in five zones i.e. Balasore, Berhampur, Bhubaneswar, Cuttack and Sambalpur.
