OTV came up with the many such families of Petupali village under Sohela block of Bargarh district where the pandemic crisis has broken the backbone of the traditional weavers.

Many weaver families reside in Cuttack’s Nuapatna and Maniabandha. When one enters the village, you enter their world of handlooms and threads. These threads & fabrics tie these villagers together in an age old vocation.
