Ardhendu Das was picked up last night by the EOW officials and arrested following questioning in connection with Rs 1 crore fraud case. 

The Odisha Police's Economic Offences Wing has asked Google Inc to immediately remove 45 'fake' loan apps from the Google Play Store.

Accused Kabiraj Behera, who has been working as LIC agent since 2003, fraudulently managed to get 23 LIC policies between 2013 and 2019 in the names of four dead persons, falsely showing them as alive.
