The fraudster who made on attempt to cheat Crime Branch Additional DG Sanjeev Panda is said to be the third wanted accused involved in the high-profile OCAC CEO WhatsApp hacking case.
It may be noted here that the Odisha Crime Branch had sought the help of Delhi Police to ascertain whether Paschal is the same accused who hacked Pattnaik’s WhatsApp account on November 9 and defrauded lakhs of rupees from his contacts by sending them distress messages.
