The Biju Janata Dal (BJD) has exuded confidence that it is ready to face all debates and discussions with its own strategy. The ruling party has said that it would counter the Opposition with issues of caste census, increasing 50% reservation quota, and farmers' suffering with crop insurance schemes among others.
The sitting arrangements will be made by following social distancing norms and other guidelines that were followed during the last Assembly session. All the MLAs and Ministers can participate in the debate either by sitting or standing, Patro informed.
This Monsoon Session of Parliament provided 17 sittings spread over a period of 24 days and passing as many as 22 Bills.
