Amid grave flood situation in Mahanadi river basin and spate in several other rivers in Odisha following week-long heavy rainfall activities in the state as well as in Chhattisgarh, the governments of both the neighbouring states are set to meet today for high-level talks on chalking out strategies for river water sharing.
