Mishra's residence at Odia Bazar in Cuttack and Odisha Stevedores Limited offices at Link Road and Badapadi in Paradip were raided.
The searches are being conducted at three locations in Chennai, three in Mumbai, one each in Karnataka, Punjab and Odisha, they added.
CBI officials said that Surendra Nayak has been arrested for sharing and circulating pornographic content on various social media platforms for monetary gains.
OSCPCR chairperson Sandhyabati Pradhan said that the Commission will seek a report from CBI and the Odisha Crime Branch regarding the findings in the investigation.
