Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik today conducted an aerial survey of the flood-hit areas in Khordha, Puri, Cuttack, Jagatsinghpur and Kendrapara. Following the survey, CM Naveen Patnaik announced 15-day relief to flood-affected people; and also directed for damage assessment within 7 days of floodwaters receding, and extension of assistance within 15 days.
Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik is scheduled to make an aerial survey of flood-affected areas in five districts at 3.30 pm today.
