Cricketing world seems to be clueless now, finding no way to deal with Suryakumar Yadav. In the second T20I against New Zealand, India’s Mr 360 degree produced another masterclass knock with the bat scoring a 49-ball ton en route his 111-run knock in the match.

Though star batter Virat Kohli didn’t see Surya’s blistering knock on Sunday, his tweet for the explosive batter has taken the internet by storm.

“Numero Uno showing why he’s the best in the world. Didn’t watch it live but I’m sure this was another video game innings by him,” Kohli tweeted.

Kohli’s tweet has so far garnered 170k likes.

Reacting to Kohli’s comment, SKY said that he would take his comment as a compliment.

“Recently, we have had some good partnerships. While playing with Kohli I have to run a lot as he is super fit,” Surya said with a smile.

“We mostly don’t talk about the game during our partnership. He used to tell me to play my natural game and enjoy it. And I tell him to hold one end so that I bat aggressively from the other end,” the explosive batter said in the press conference.

Notably, Kohli and Surya orchestrated many stupendous partnerships for India in the recently-concluded T20 World Cup in Australia. Though India failed to clear the semifinal huddle, the duo ended up being the top-2 scoring batters for the Men in Blue. While Kohli finished as the top run-getter in the series, Surya stood third.

Coming back to the second T20I match against New Zealand, all-rounder Deepak Hooda took four wickets, including three in the final over, while Yuzvendra Chahal and Mohammed Siraj scalped two wickets each as India beat Kiwis by 65 runs at Bay Oval in Mount Maunganui.
