Bhubaneswar: Bolangir girl Maduri Mehta who made her international debut in international one-day cricket helped Team India defeat hosts West Indies by 66 runs in the first ODI at St Kitts. Madhuri who opened the innings for India scored valuable 23 runs. India scored 179 runs for the loss of seven wickets in the allotted overs. Madhuri before getting out contributed valuable 41 runs for the third wicket partnership with Mitali Raj. The West Indian eves were bundled out for a paltry 103 runs. Madhuri Mehta earlier on February 27 forayed into international cricket by playing in the fifth T20 match against the West Indies.
