Zonal Manager of Balasore Bhadrak Cooperative Bank in Vigilance net

Bhadrak: Vigilance department sleuths today conducted simultaneous raids at four places including the residence and office of the Zonal Manager of Balasore Bhadrak Cooperative Bank on charges of amassing assets disproportionate to known sources of income.

According to sources, a team of Vigilance officials raided Hota's residence located in Nalanga sub-division in Bhadrak district and seized cash worth Rs 2 lakh cash from the house. Simultaneous raids were conducted at three other locations.

While the raids at the four locations are in progress, details of the seized items will be available only after the completion of the raids, sources said.
