Two more villagers go missing in Malkangiri

Malkangiri: Two more persons were allegedly abducted by armed Maoists in Mahupadar village in the district last night.

According to family members of the kidnapped persons, as many as 30 ultras raided the village and forcefully took with them the two persons from their houses.

The abducted persons have been identified as forest guard Pintu Durua and Laxman Kumbhara, a resident of the village.

Meanwhile, there is no trace about the eight residents of the village who went missing since Wednesday night. Source said husband of a local Samiti Sabhya is among the kidnapped persons.
