Not only Kendrapara, I want to serve people of Odisha: Jay Panda

Salepur: Clearing the air on his next political move, former Kendrapara MP Baijayant Panda today said that he will take a decision soon.

During his visit to Mahanga in Salepur today, Panda asserted that he has worked hard to serve the people in the past two decades and will continue to do so through politics.

“Not only Mahanga or Kendrapara, I want to do something for the people of whole Odisha,” said Panda.

While responding to a media query on his future move and whether he would remain in active politics in Odisha or not, Panda said, "Everybody knows under what circumstances I left the party (BJD). I will take appropriate decision soon."

“I am seeking suggestions from people. Many are also motivating me to start something new. I am applying my mind and will take a decision soon,” said the former MP.

Panda further stated, “Politics is not the only way to serve people. I have worked hard for the people in the past two decades. I want to serve people and if politics is the better way to do so, then I will definitely do that.”
