Koraput: At least five persons, including two women, were killed and six others injured after the truck in which they were traveling overturned near Metavalsa in Koraput district on Saturday, police said.

Over twenty people were in the coal laden truck which turned turtle at a distance of about 70 km from the district headquarters town of Koraput killing five on the spot.

The injured were shifted to a government hospital at Sunki.
