Odisha: 2 School Kids Injured In Mobile Phone Battery Blast In Ganjam

Ganjam: In a shocking incident, two children sustained burn injuries after a mobile cell exploded in Haripur Nuasahi area under Badagada police limits last night.

The injured kids were identified as Raja and Subham, both students of Class VI.

As per reports, the duo found a mobile phone battery lying on the road while returning from their tuition classes. They connected wires to the battery and started playing with it following which the battery exploded.

Both the kids were rushed to a healthcare center in Dharakot. However, Raja was later shifted to MKCG Medical College and Hospital in Berhampur after his health condition deteriorated.
