Since the election code of conduct is now in force due the forthcoming panchayat elections in the State next month, political leaders were seen absent from many functions. About 10,000 thronged the museum during the day. Special programmes were also held at Stewart School and Ravenshaw Collegiate where Netaji had his initial education.
