Baby cobra found in shoe in Bhubaneswar

Bhubaneswar: A cobra hatchling was spotted inside the shoe of a resident of Panchasakha Nagar here today. As per reports, when one Rakesh Kumar Das of Panchasakha Nagar was wearing shoes this morning, he found the reptile coiled inside one of the shoes. Later Das informed the snake helpline who rescued the snake hatchling.

"While my son Rakesh was getting ready for his office, he found the snake hatchling inside the shoe. We informed the snake helpline who suggested us to cover the shoe. Later they came and rescued the reptile," said Rabindra Nath Das, father of Rakesh.
