Bombay HC Grants Bail To Aryan Khan In Drugs-On-Cruise Case

Youth Goes Missing After Jumping Into Mahanadi In Cuttack

A youth on Thursday went missing after jumping off Mundali Bridge into the Mahanadi River in Cuttack. The youth's scooter (OD-07P-1286) and mobile phone were reportedly found on the bridge.

Elephant Carcass Found In Forest at Odisha’s Sambalpur

The carcass of an elephant was found in the Kuledera forests of Kisinda Khalasuni Sanctuary Range in Rairakhol of Sambalpur district on Thursday.

According to sources, the pachyderm was unwell since last seven days and was not able to move after fracturing one of its legs.
After getting information from the locals, Forest department officials rushed to the forest and recovered the body of the animal.

The exact reason behind the elephant's death can only be ascertained after completion of the post-mortem, said a top Forest department official.
