Youth stabbed during Holi revelry in Cuttack

The two picked up a quarrel over an old issue when they were playing with colours during the day and the fight between the two ensued, police said.

All of a sudden his attacker picked up a knife and brandishing it chased the youth through the crowds and stabbed him on his abdomen before fleeing, the police said.

The youth was rushed to the hospital in critical condition. Police said the accused in the case is absconding and efforts are on to apprehend him.
