People in distress dial emergency numbers seeking help. It is also an effective tool to intimate the Police about any illegal activities occurring in the proximity. After the executive in the control room notes down the name, address and information, instant help arrangements are made.

However, have you ever come across any such incident when any person has sought help by dialling the emergency number and used the cop’s van as public transport?

Though sounds unbelievable, recently, a video has surfaced on social media in which a youth dialled the emergency number and asked the cops to drop him home in another district.

As seen in the video, a youth is being inquired if he dialled 100 and asked if he wants to go to a specific place. It seems, the youth was in a cop van and was being questioned by a Police official.

To this, the youth replies, “Yes sir, I dialled 100.”

The person again asks, “So, our vehicle will ferry you.”

The youth replies, “If I dialled 100, then why won’t the vehicle ferry me?”

Next, the person asks, “Are you drunk?”

“No, but I smoke ganja,” says the youth.

“So, how can we take you in this vehicle?” the cop asks.

The youth replies, “So, why can’t we go in this vehicle!”

Next, the cop tries to explain that their jurisdiction is within a dedicated district and the youth is asking the cops to ferry him to another district.

To this, the youth replies, “So what? Let the vehicle be from any district, but it is a government vehicle.”

The video shared on Instagram by oye__mukku has gone viral on social media. Apart from garnering massive views, netizens have hailed the confidence of the youth for such statements.

One user wrote, “System hila dala londe ne sarkari cheez public ko suveedha ke liye proof by the legend.”

A second user wrote, “Police fas gyi is bar.”

“Sala mei ab tk khali pili ticket me paise kharch kr rha tha,” wrote a third user.
