Till death do us part! Elderly man helps old-grown dog to hop on vehicle, video melts netizens' heart; watch

Dogs have remained the best and most loyal friends of humans for ages. There are numerous examples where dogs have gone beyond limits to prove their love and loyalty to their pet parents. Dogs even don't hesitate to risk their lives for their owners. While most pet parents develop a great bond with their canine friends, there are a few heartless persons who torture, ignore and abandon their dogs when they fall ill or get old. There are many such instances recorded on camera where the old or ill dogs are abandoned or put to rest forever. 

Amid such disturbing instances, recently a video surfaced on the internet that shows a heart-melting instance of an elderly pet parent and his old-grown dog. 

The video shows the elderly man pulling out a foldable plastic slider from behind his vehicle. Meanwhile, an old-grown dog can be seen standing nearby and waiting. As soon as the slider is set, the old canine walks on it to enter the vehicle while the elderly man guides its 'old friend.' The man pats him affectionately and has a short chat. Next, he again pulls out the slider.

While the elderly man himself is quite old, he doesn't ignore his responsibility for his old friend. As it seems, the duo will remain for each other till death.

While the source of the video couldn't be verified, it is shared on X (formerly Twitter) by Nature is Amazing. By now, the video has been viewed by over 2.3 million users and liked by 34K users. Moreover, netizens have poured out their hearts in the comments section.
