Indian Navy recruitment 2024: Apply for sailor posts under sports quota 

The Indian Army has published an official notification for the recruitment of sailors under sports quota.
Interested and eligible candidates can download the application form for the post through the official website at, joinindiannavy.gov.in. 
The last date to apply is July 20, 2024. But for the candidates hailing from Jammu & Kashmir, North East, Ladakh, Andaman and Nicobar, Lakshadweep & Minicoy Islands, the last date of application is July 25, 2024.
The application is to be submitted in an A4 size paper as per the provided format. The application must be sent through ORDINARY POST. Application sent through speed post/ registered post or courier will be rejected. It is important to take note that only one application form should be forwarded. Candidates must avoid sending more than one application for the same entry, upon not doing the same will result in disqualification.

Educational Qualification 
Candidates must have qualified in 10 +2 in any stream or equivalent examination. 
Eligibility Criteria
Aspirant must be a junior/national/international championship sports participant with a certificate.
Age Limit
Candidates must be 17½ to 25 years as on commencement date of course. Aspirants must have been born between November 01, 1999 to April 30, 2007.
Selection Criteria
Medical tests will be conducted by military doctors as per the standard prescribed procedure as per current regulations. Any female candidate who is found to be pregnant at the time of the test will be disqualified and have her candidature rejected.

For Female Candidates : 152 cms
