Truck driver turns food blogger with over 1.5M followers; proves age, profession not deterrent to self-intervention

They say age is just a number. Rajesh Rawani has proved this adage true again. Rajesh is a truck driver for the last 25 years and he has now risen to fame on social media by vlogging in rustic and simple language.

Rajesh has created YouTube channel and Instagram page and regularly makes videos about his job, tours across the country and a variety of dishes that he cooks inside his truck. His videos are mostly centre around his job and food.

Rajesh has shot to fame and now he has around 1.5 million followers on YouTube. Moreover, Rajesh has recently bought a new home with his earnings. This was shared by Anand Mahindra, the Chairman of the Mahindra Group on his X (formerly Twitter) handle on Monday.

In his post, Mahindra wrote, "Rajesh Rawani, who’s been a truck driver for over 25 years, added food & travel vlogging to his profession and & is now a celebrity with 1.5M followers on YouTube. He just bought a new home with his earnings."
