In many places in India, stray cattle roam along the streets and often attack people, causing distress among the common population.

The stray cattle wander into various places, from markets to residential areas, leading to conflicts faced by people.

In a recent incident reportedly from Naukuchiatal, Uttarakhand, a video shows a bull standing at the entrance of a shop or cafe.

A woman tries to pass by, but the bull charges at her. Fortunately, she manages to avoid getting hurt by its horns.

It seems the bull sought shelter in the shop to escape rain and may have perceived the woman as a threat.

According to the person who shared the video on X platform, the woman was the cafe's manager.

The video caption reads, “About last evening in Naukuchiatal, Uttarakhand. A bull seeking shelter in a cafe charged at the manager as she tried to clear the entrance. Thankfully, she escaped unharmed. Stray cattle are a problem everywhere.”

The video has garnered over one lakh views since it was shared on June 2. In response to the video, one user commented, “It's a big problem on the roads, especially when travelling at night. I have witnessed multiple accidents resulting in loss of life. If we can't control the cattle menace, we should consider banning milk production in India.”

Another user wrote, “They are not just stray cattle... many lives and livelihoods have been lost because of them. Please tag Gau Samiti and Raksha Dal so they can take them to shelters for their well-being.”
Yet another user remarked, “Stray cattle shouldn't be allowed within municipal limits. It's harmful for both humans and animals.”

“Stray cattle are a problem, but stray dogs seem to have more freedom. It's ironic for animal lovers,” wrote a netizen.
