There’s no denying that social media is a boon for the society. People from all age groups are drawn towards social media giants Instagram, Twitter and Facebook. Everyone has developed an affinity for making reels.

With the boon, also come some disadvantages and this incident from Bihar is a glaring example. In a bizarre incident, a woman fled her house after being allegedly stopped making reels by her husband. Yes, you read that right!

Her husband stopped her from indulging too much on reels and social media. Such an incident has been reported from Munger village in Bihar’s Jamui district.

She also has taken away her daughter from the house after her husband barred her from making videos on social media. The matter came to the fore after her husband Jitendra lodged a missing complaint with Garhi police.

According to police, Jitendra met his wife Tamanna Parveen in 2017 during private coaching at Jamui. The duo fell in love and had a love marriage. She later changed her name to Seema after her marriage.

Things were going well for the couple after the birth of their daughter and Jitendra left home to work in Bengaluru. Soon after his departure, Tamanna got addicted to social media and started making reels. Soon, her social media followers started increasing which left Jitendra infuriated.

She has 10K followers on Instagram and around 6K on Facebook which Jitendra was against. It was when he prevented his wife from using social media, an argument broke and she left the house, reports said.
