Rohit Sharma’s imitation of Virat Kohli’s on field mannerism goes viral - watch

Since BCCI’s annual award show ‘Naman’ in Hyderabad, Team India skipper Rohit Sharma has been trending on various social media platforms.

A video clip in which Rohit is found imitating his teammates’ signature mannerisms went viral.

Following a request from the anchor, Rohit imitated his pull shot, Jasprit Bumrah’s bowling action, Suryakumar Yadav’s scoop shot, and MS Dhoni’s helicopter shot. However, his imitation of Virat Kohli’s aggressive celebration after a wicket went viral on the internet.

Responding to the video, several fans have flooded the comment box with amazing comments.

Notably Team India’s former captain and star batsman Virat Kohli has withdrawn from the first two Tests against England due to personal reasons.

Virat was absent from the award ceremony. However, the fans were elated to see Hitman mimicking Virat.

Apart from Virat and others, Rohit also mimicked Master Blaster Sachin Tendulkar’s iconic uppercut.

Legends like Ravi Shastri and Farokh Engineer received the top Col CK Nayudu Lifetime Achievement awards. Mohammed Shami, Shubman Gill, Ravichandran Ashwin, and Jasprit Bumrah bagged the prestigious Polly Umrigar awards.
