Football wonderkid and promising talent Endrick Felipe Moreira de Sousa is all set to join Real Madrid in July 2024 for an undisclosed sum.
As per reports in the Brazilian media, Real are due to pay 70 million euros ($75million) for the 16-year-old forward who is considered as one of the brightest prospects in world football.
“Palmeiras, Real Madrid and representatives for the striker have agreed about the player’s transfer to the Spanish club in July 2024, when he will be 18,” Endrick’s Sao Paulo-based club Palmeiras announced on Thursday.
Following the development, Endrick will become the third Brazilian teenage forward in recent years to sign for Real while still a minor. He will join the Spanish giants after turning 18 in order to comply with international transfer rules stipulated by world governing body FIFA.
Vinicius Junior, now 22, had signed for Real in 2017 before joining the club a year later.
Promising star Endrick is considered as the brightest star in Brazil and football experts across the globe are of the opinion that he is going to be the next big thing in football. The whole Europe is keeping a tab on him. He is even termed as the next Pele in offing.
