On the first day of Chennai Super Kings' training session at Surat ahead of IPL 2022, Mahi was spotted guiding the team's promising youngster Rajvardhan Hangarekar. The U-19 cricketer was glued to Dhoni's pep talk like a good student of the game.
Later the youngster shared a collage of Dhoni and his pictures as an Instagram reel and captioned the post 'Learning From The Legend'.

The image of MSD's tips to the young cricketer has now gone viral on social media platforms with fans all over superbly loving the gesture of the 'Captain Cool'.
Notably, uncapped all-rounder Hangarekar was bought by CSK for Rs 1.5 crore. Cricket analysts believe that he may get opportunities this season to showcase his talent as Deepak Chahar could miss many matches due to a quadriceps tear.
Recently, Hangarekar has had a rough time over some age fraud and hence his participation in the IPL was shrouded in doubts.
